WHY BOOK THIS WORKSHOP?
Using storytelling to introduce complex concepts and explain high-level policy changes can be effective because stories bring an element of authenticity and first hand experience to the issue. Managers are able to convey the reasoning for process changes and unpopular decisions when opinions and experiences can be shared from experience in story form using familiar contexts and experiences.

Discover your individual management communication style and apply it to your own stories; identify opportunities where storytelling can be introduced meaningfully; develop a bank of stories which can be categorised and applied appropriately; develop your own authentic storytelling style; discover an effective way to ease the way to position and explain the often complex messages that are being delivered through these interventions.
Manager As Mentor: A Storytelling Approach is a 4 hour, hands-on workshop for individual clients 1:1 and for groups of up to 12 participants. An inclusive fee of HK$4,750 per participant includes consultation and identification of individual and corporate objectives, development of workshop content, simulation exercise development & training materials
