THE BUSINESS WRITING TUNE-UP

A `start-to-finish’ solution for creating e-mails,  reports & briefings for business.

WHY BOOK THIS WORKSHOP

The  workshop delivers  participant-based solutions to the issues which can impact the time and attention available to create reports, papers and emails. We identify the communication style of each participant and blend this into the spectrum of written communication which they are required to cover. We aim to achieve a consistent flow of written output produced in with maximum efficiency and effectiveness

CONSISTENT CLARITY IN YOUR WRITTEN COMMUNICATION

At senior management levels, written communications must achieve not only clarity of purpose but also consistency of style. The subtlety of written document is that it must accurately express a whole spectrum of thoughts and feelings in a confidence and assertive way.  A one-dimensional style may fail to sound convincing and even risks making us sound can The danger of creating a one-dimensional when expressing opinions are equally as important to get across to the reader as our sense of humour and feelings of identification  combined, when balanced with understanding &  sensitivity give the reader a sense of depth and balance to the communication and give the reader mixed messages about writer views and raise questions about their intentions.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS LEARN

In this workshop we examine your writing universe so that to enable you to create your own core  style to be applied across your complete range of business correspondence. In addition to writing style, we will identify and address individual grammar requirements,  identify practical and fast planning techniques and examine a useful process for reviewing completed document for style accuracy.
